Best Ride collects the following personal data: gender, your name and surname, home address, city, zip code, state, phone number, e-mail address, and bank account number. Giving personal data is a customer’s decision and is possible only with his consent. In case a customer refuses to provide this information, the purchasing process cannot be done.
Best Ride also collects Usage Data. It can include information like customer PC IP address, browser type and version, visited pages with date and time, and spent time on it as well as other diagnostic data.
Best Ride use myPOS Checkout as an online payment secure solution with credit & debit cards. Best Ride also use PayPal as a charging service so all credit and debit card data are available and secured by PayPal according to their Terms and Conditions.
Best Ride collects personal data for the realization of purchase and fulfillment of legal obligations. Best Ride will not share personal data with third parties unless is required by law.
As a Best Ride customer, you have the right to get complete information about your personal data we have and request a correction. You can send this request on e-mail email@example.com
At any time customers can request Best Ride to delete personal data and in that case, we will be allowed to delete your personal data. Customers can request it by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. After request, all data will be deleted in 30 days.
Best Ride keeps your personal data a maximum of 6 months from the moment agreement was concluded, in which period possible complaints must be solved.
