Terms & Conditions
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between BEST RIDE d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Agency) and the customer (hereinafter: the Traveler) regarding the booking and use of tours, excursions, transfers, and other tourism-related services offered, arranged, or brokered by the Agency.

FEEL DUBROVNIK is a local tour brand operated by BEST RIDE d.o.o., a Croatia-based travel company specializing in private tours, shore excursions, and transfers.
By making a reservation, the Traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
- BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS
Reservations may be made:
- through the Agency’s website,
- by e-mail,
- by telephone,
- in person with the Agency or its authorized representative.
A reservation becomes valid only after confirmation by the Agency and receipt of payment according to the terms specified in the booking confirmation.
The Agency reserves the right to decline a reservation due to lack of availability or other justified reasons.
- PAYMENT TERMS
To confirm a reservation, the Agency may require:
- a deposit specified in the offer or booking confirmation, or
- full payment in advance.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- a minimum deposit of 20% of the total service price is required,
- the remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the service.
For bookings made within 7 days of the scheduled service date, full payment is required upon confirmation.
The Agency reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not received within the agreed deadline.
- PRICES AND SERVICES
The price includes only those services expressly listed in the tour description, offer, or booking confirmation.
Depending on the specific service, the price may include:
- tour organization,
- transportation,
- guide or escort services,
- entrance fees,
- tastings,
- other services specifically stated as included.
Personal expenses and services not expressly listed as included are not covered by the price.
- PRICE CHANGES
The Agency reserves the right to modify prices before a reservation is confirmed.
After confirmation, prices may be adjusted only in the event of:
- changes in taxes or government fees,
- significant increases in transportation costs,
- exchange rate fluctuations affecting the execution of the service.
The Traveler will be informed promptly of any such changes.
- CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER
Cancellation of purchased services is accepted only in a written request to the address: sales@feeldubrovnik.com, according to this policy: up to 24 hours before the experience starts. The refund will be issued immediately after cancellation, but no later than 30 days from the cancellation date.
- CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY THE AGENCY
The Agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel a service due to:
- adverse weather conditions,
- force majeure,
- safety concerns,
- strikes,
- traffic restrictions,
- technical failures of transportation equipment,
- or other circumstances beyond the Agency’s control.
If the Agency cancels a service before its commencement, the Traveler will be offered:
- an alternative date,
- a substitute service of equal or higher value,
- or a full refund of the amount paid.
The Agency shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the Traveler beyond the booked service.
- TRAVELER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Traveler is responsible for:
- possessing valid travel documents where required,
- following instructions provided by guides, drivers, and service providers,
- complying with local laws and regulations,
- safeguarding their personal belongings.
The Agency shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- LIABILITY OF THE AGENCY
The Agency shall perform its services with due care and in accordance with applicable Croatian laws and regulations.
The Agency shall not be liable for:
- actions or omissions of third-party service providers beyond its reasonable control,
- force majeure events,
- delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside its control.
- COMPLAINTS
The Traveler must immediately inform the guide, driver, service provider, or Agency representative of any deficiency during the service so that corrective action may be taken where possible.
Written complaints may be submitted:
- by e-mail,
- or by post to the Agency’s registered address.
Complaints must be submitted no later than 8 days after the completion of the service.
The Agency will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and provide a written response within 15 days of receipt.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Agency processes personal data in accordance with applicable Croatian legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing booked services and fulfilling legal obligations.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
BEST RIDE d.o.o. acts as a provider and intermediary of tourism-related services, including private tours, shore excursions, transfers, and day trips. The Agency does not offer package travel arrangements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The laws of the Republic of Croatia govern these Terms and Conditions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
These General Terms and Conditions become effective upon publication on the Agency’s website.
