1) These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of an agreement between Best Ride d.o.o.(hereafter referred to as Best Ride) which operates www.feeldubrovnik.com and customers (you) who use this webshop to purchase tours and transfers (services). This agreement will help you understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and Best Ride. By becoming a Best Ride customer, you confirm that you have understood and agree with these Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable approval to be tied by all cited Terms and Conditions, including updates. Best Ride has the right to change these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.
2) All services can be purchased via this webshop at any time. You need to fill the form with all relevant personal and payment information for the chosen service and after successful payment, via Credit Cards, or bank account, you will receive a voucher with all information on your e-mail.
3) Listed prices are in euros. If you pay via bank transfer euros will be affected according to bank exchange rate on the day of purchase.
4) Change of selected dates is possible if service is available for the new date, but no less than 7 days before departure.
5) Cancellation of purchased services is accepted only in written request on address info@feeldubrovnik.com, according to this policy: up to 30 days before the departure date the full amount is refunded, 29 to 15 days before departure date 50% is refunded, 14 days before departure refund is not possible. The refund will be made right after the cancellation but no later than 30 days of the cancellation date.
6) Boat tours Dubrovnik can be canceled because of bad weather conditions. In this case, a new date or a full refund of the deposit will be offered.
7) Complaints should be submitted in a written form on e-mail info@feeldubrovnik.com. Refund claims must be submitted as soon as possible but not later than 30 days after the completed service.
